A stroke survivor with dementia completes upper body bathing seated in the shower on a shower chair. Observe the occupational therapist modify the task to a sponge bath for increased participation from the client.

Troy Part 3: Shower Transfer and LE Dressing

After upper body bathing and dressing, a stroke survivor with dementia transfers back to a wheelchair to complete lower body dressing. The clinician encourages participation, completes the session, and leaves Troy in a safe, comfortable place.
